This paper examines Financial Innovation and the Stability of Real Money Demand in Cameroon using annual secondary data from the world development indicators covering the period 1979 to 2018. Relying on the Autoregressive Distributive Lag Technique (ARDL), financial innovation signalled a negative and significant effect on real Broad money demand (M2) while real GPD had a positive and significant effect on real M2 demand. The results echoed from the stability checks using CUSUM and CUSUMQ techniques indicated that real M2 is stable despite financial innovations. With the aid of the error correction technique (ECT), the paper estimates the speed that the market may take to eliminate exogenous and endogenous shocks in real M2 demand. The study recommends that authority should use money supply as an instrument of monetary policy since the demand for real M2 is stable in Cameroon.

In this study we looked at the relationship between green human resources management practices and organisational sustainability of private higher institutions in Abeokuta, Ogun State. Survey research design was used and the study population was 799 staff (383 and 416 staff) of two private higher institutions in Abeokuta, Ogun State and using Krejcie and Morgan sampling size determination table, 260 was the sample size. The statistical tool used for testing the six hypotheses was Pearson Product Moment Correlation. The findings uncovered to us that there is relationship amongst the green human resources management practices dimensions and organisational sustainability measures used in this study among private higher institutions in Abeokuta, Ogun State. Therefore, it was recommended that private higher institutions should strengthen their exertions towards encouraging green recruitment/selection, green training/development and green performance management in their organisation to achieve organisational sustainability, especially, those that are yet to implement green human resources management practices should do so in full force.

Through the ages, agricultural system has been changed variously and human has always been the most important factor in this change. In the recent century, due to growing population, human primary attitude, which is a sort of friendly one, is replaced with the one-side relationship that is against the nature. In this case, chemical fertilizers, pesticides, hormones products and etc. , enter to the agricultural sector and through utilization of modified varieties, there has been great mutation in production of agricultural products to be a response to increasing demand of foods. But this enhancement is followed by environmental and health problems for producers and consumers. Growing consumer awareness about environmental issues has resulted in increased attention toward the consumption of organic food. This has driven an increase in organic research. Most of these research are conducted in developed countries and developing countries has a small contribution. This paper investigate the effects of organic knowledge, perception of consequences, subjective norms, price, green trust, perceived consumer effectiveness, availability, relative advantage and organic purchase intention on organic purchase behavior among Iranian consumers as a developing country consumers. Results showed strong support for the impact of price, consumer effectiveness and perception of consequences on intention to purchase organic food products. While organic knowledge, green trust, price, consumer effectiveness and intention were found to influence purchase behavior. This paper will discuss the implications of these results for agricultural practitioners and marketers.

Family business is a pervasive global form of business organization. In the United States alone, one-third of the S&P 500 are family businesses. It is particularly striking, given the importance of family business, that the intergenerational transfer rate is so abysmally low. This paper considers the analytical issues of measuring family business performance and organizational structure for both public and non-publically owned business performance and suggests areas for further empirics. A bevy of issues have not been fully addressed by researchers, issues such as the likelihood of family business owners being poorly diversified, especially compared to well diversified shareholders. These problems can be magnified if the firm is not publicly traded, which also eliminates the market discipline regarding debt and equity. Also introduced is the forensics of business failures as a method to view performance, where family businesses are renowned for the difficulty in achieving intergenerational firm transition. Important empirical issues and opportunities are explored.

This paper explores emotional perceptions extracted from online consumer reviews posted on TripAdvisor. More specifically, the study analyzes valence and arousal using the Affective Norms for English Words and a database of 10,000 comments in two languages (English and Spanish) on budget and premium hotels on a worldwide scale. An emotional analysis of tourist comments allows us to summarize the features highlighted by customers, identifying those which are more important for hotels aiming to offer better services. The results are presented in four linguistic categories to allow a closer focus on the emotional value of tourist reviews. The categorization shows a general use of words with high valence and arousal, allowing a classification within a dimensional affective space. The use of positive, negative, and exciting words is discussed, explaining the importance of a cohesive transmission of emotion depending on hotel category.

Over the past many years, researchers in finance, economics, and other related fields conduct intensive studies to examine whether stock prices follow a random walk. They, used various statistical techniques, often document mixed findings. The study tests the random walk hypothesis using the relatively fresh data, NEPSE Index, Float index, sensitive index, and sensitive float index of the Nepalese capital market from February 2015 to February 2020. The study explores that the NEPSE index follows a random walk. Results, however, other indices indicate that the stock market does not follow a non-random walk.

The paper examines the effect of trade liberalisation on poverty incidence for Ghana for the period 1960-2013. The estimation methods are the Johansen test, Vector Error Correction (VECM) test, and the Ordinary Least Square (OLS). The findings of the study suggest that poverty incidence is negatively related to trade liberalisation in the long-run and short-run. The implication of the finding is that poverty incidence is reducing with trade liberalisation. Future studies should consider the current topic in a multivariate modelling
